Pros

Good benefits, weekly pay checks.

Cons

Hostile work environment. CEO is known for cursing people out. More important to appear like you are accomplishing things rather than actually accomplishing things.

Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Co workers seems to work well together. Not a lot of micro managing.

Cons

Management is out of touch. Limited communication with employee on how you feel and or how you are doing. The streamline process is lacking as far as having honest conversations with their employees in my humble opinion. Hire Managers who care not ones who want to dictate. That way you wont have a lot of turnover. Good workers are hard to find. People leave bad managers, not companies.
