Pros
Some perks in that there's end of month drinks and it's a respected firm.
Cons
Absolutely terrible workplace environment. The strata managers are so cliquey and it just isn't welcoming. The whole company is supported by people that aren't strata managers like accountants and the legal aides but if you aren't a high flying strata manager you are treated like nothing by them. There is a big them vs us - strata managers versus everyone else and they never include the teams that keep them afloat in their team lunches etc. Also systems continuously crash
