There is a smaller "family" like feel with the organization that is unique and special to PIM Brands. You may work in one department but are able to engage and connect with your colleagues in other departments with ease.

Cons

I believe PIM Brands can improve communication and culture a bit. I have seen the movement in improving that which is appreciated and leaves me hopeful for the future.
