Pros

I have been with this company for the past 22 years and looking forward to the next 22 years. I have been extremely fortunate to watch this company develop and grow from a small sales and marketing outfit to one of the largest and fastest growing confectionery companies in the US. The management team is extremely knowledgeable and the ownership treats its employees like family. I consider myself very fortunate to have been part of this organization for so long.

Cons

The only change I would make is have the sales offices move to Florida! I am not a fan of winters in the northeast.

Free candy, gained valuable experience during my time at Promotion in Motion. Free lunches and bbqs on certain holidays.

Cons

very high turnover rate in most departments, managers consistently make horrible decisions, most people are underpaid, eliminating positions and making more work for others

Pros

Free candy and even that was taken away by the Vice President. No pros at all just work you to death and fire you unexpectedly.

Cons

No room for growth, maintenance supervisor throw you under the bus and divulge your wages to other co-workers. HR is not supportive and huge liars. This company is really bad.
