-Do not go into this role expecting to transfer to investment side or for it to open doors to outside investing roles that is not what product does it is technical investor relations -Compared to competitors paid a haircut but not awful - senior management is paid lots of $$$$ -If you stay too long you're only out is b-school or going to another AM
