      Pros

      It is still one of the top investment management firms in the industry and still have some great people working there (for how much longer, who knows?!). They will maintain a presence in the industry, but will be hard to get back to the peak that Bill Gross attained.

      Cons

      It was a great company when Bill Gross and Bill Thompson ran it, but now it has fallen into some younger, greedy money hungry partners running it. The CEO is not fit to run a top company like PIMCO! On the investment side there are still some great investors, but too many at the top are more about money than what is best for the clients. Sad to see what happened to a once great company!
