      Employment-wise, very self-achieving, and rewarding (above industry average). Company-wise, PIMCO is very well-known in the fixed-income industry and very attractive to clients, and therefore could attracts business opportunities effectively.

      Cons

      Very long hours working. Traders don't often get sufficient promotion opportunities. Quants are ok.
