-Very strong office politics -Often don't backfill roles when people leave to cut costs but don't increase your pay or bonuses. You'll end up doing the work of 4 people for the pay of 1 -Overall compensation strategy doesn't align with amount of work, especially for client facing roles which often pay less than competitors
