      Pros

      Great firm to gain experience. The firm tries to hire and promote from within.

      Cons

      Management could improve greatly. Quite a bit of disorganization. Input from employees does not seem to be taken or valued much. But then again, no job is perfect. This is a good job.

      For the most part, people are well-rounded and very intelligent. Access to unique economic debates through the forums. Opportunity to develop a deep understanding of fixed income products.

      Cons

      Culture is not for everyone. Must be able to adapt and learn quickly as the company is in a state of flux.
