Pros

An extremely reputable firm moving towards a much more collaborative culture and further away from the star manager culture that characterized most of the firm's history.

Cons

The vast majority of account analysts and associates are not set on a track to become account managers. As supportive and engaging the work may be, too much of the company's VP level and beyond is made up of MBAs or lateral hires.
