      Pros

      Great company culture, great people and team, good environment, work life balance

      Cons

      Initially assumed this was an investment role but it’s mainly reporting and marketing funds. There’s no discretion or research involved unless you’re a PM, which you would need a masters degree or sell side experience. Great for people interested in sales, but if you want investment experience/exit opps this isn’t the role to take on.
