It is very nice to work with the business team and they provide precise requirements. They appreciate the help we provide them day to day Good salary and benefits

Cons

There are some managers who spoil the whole company atmosphere They get paid by the vendors and support the vendors more than the full time employees. You have to find the balance of how to not become a scape goat of their plans. But it is difficult if you are under such managers, it's just the luck.
