      Pros

      excellent facilities; outdoor walking accessible; lunch cafe on-site; weekly farmer's market

      Cons

      very high employee turnover (especially in the preschool); management's only goal is making money, which is actually not the mission of a non-profit so employees are required to work long hours with little compensation

      Pros

      Interesting staff development opportunities. Wonderful weekly farmer's market in the lobby. Onsite garden. Great pre-school program.

      Cons

      As a large nonprofit, it has it share of bureaucracy.

      Pros

      Great facilities that are free to use for employees. Many different programs and activities that are available to staff. For a part time job, the pay was pretty good.

      Cons

      The management flat out does not care about their employees. They try to run the company as lean as possible and there is no room for advancement.
