      Everyone has his/her share of the load. No one just barks out orders, every leader has tasks to fulfill and we help each other out no matter what our roles are. We are client - focused and our clients are also so great and cool to work with! I learn from my interactions with my collegues and clients daily. Our internal partners are kind and supportive. Our work environment is collaborative, casual yet goal oriented. We work smart and I believe the thought process is pragmatic. Most of all, Kindness, work and life balance is for real here. :)

      Pros

      I'm a newer employee at PLACE but have felt so supported in my onboarding. Everyone I've met is eager, enthusiastic, and helpful. I'm impressed with the training and documentation available. I've also received a really warm reception across different parts of the org. In terms of early impressions, I've really enjoyed the focus on coaching and leadership. There is a focus on accountability, effectiveness, and personal growth. With one of PLACE's values being Only Leaders, it's awesome to see how much a priority developing leaders is for the business.

      Cons

      Working cross functionally will be a little bit challenging simply due to the state of integration of the different acquired businesses, but the opportunity and desire to improve that is high and evident.

      Working as a REVA for PLACE has been a genuinely positive and growth-filled experience. The training, coaching, and support from leadership make it easy to improve quickly and understand your impact on the team. The role is remote-friendly, structured, and offers clear opportunities to grow into other positions like ISA, DBM, or TC. While the pace can be fast and targets-driven, the strong guidance and tools provided make it manageable. Overall, PLACE is a supportive and professional environment that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to build a career in real estate support.

      Cons

      Working remotely for PLACE is a great experience overall, though there are a few minimal challenges to be aware of. Because the role is fully remote, it can feel a bit isolating at times, and communication relies heavily on messaging and video calls, which means you need to be proactive about staying connected and asking questions. There are also occasional time zone differences that may require early or late check-ins, and processes can shift quickly, so adaptability and strong self-management are important.
