Pros
The support technology culture and operations have been fantastic since I joined. The place platform has changed how I do business in deliver even more value to the agents on our team in our brokerage and our clients. The ease of signing up for insurance and profit share is so great. The coaching and support of our business combined with the ecosystem of people who are doing more than us is invaluable.
Cons
There is a lot to learn at one time however they are there for your support. PLACE shows grace as we always have more questions. They push you to be your best sometimes that’s different as an adult, but it’s great to have accountability at this stage in my career.
