Being a startup, things can be a bit hectic at times but it has been so much fun!

Cons

The company's fast growth can be messy but we signed up to create and break.

The support. I have never worked for a company that values its employees the way PLACE does. We aren't even know as employees. We are partners. Although the agents get the glory in most companies, PLACE ensures that the behind the scenes Partners are not only recognized but valued. I have worked in many different real estate models and PLACE is BY FAR the best in every category!

Cons

There aren't any. I have yet to find something bad.
