      No growth potential and borderline scam

      Unlimited PTO Work from home opportunity

      Cons

      No Retirements benefits. Keep promising stock options with no near future plan of going public. Expensive insurance If you have problems HR will does nothing but protect the company. They won't even try and address the issues within and will terminate employees bring up the issues rather than fix the issue. Leadership is complete out of the loop and hold no body accountable. Promising Operators lot of things that they can't truly provide (aka legal help, financial planning) No growth potential unless you are friends with leadership.

      Pros

      PLACE has provided me a stellar career path with colleagues I truly LOVE working with. The team is committed to the vision and to each other. The company is growing so quickly that there are growth opportunities for everyone and current employees are top of mind for promotions or new roles.

      Cons

      Sometimes your biggest strength can be overused. :) The hyper growth can cause bumps along the way but for our team, we see it as a positive challenge more than a con.

      Pros

      PLACE has taught me a different way to approach work and getting things done, which has been incredible for my productivity and satisfaction with my job performance. It is the kind of company where you can really do anything if you prove yourself and come with a plan for what you want to do next. The people are incredibly cool and also very hard working. I can't wait to see where we grow!

      Cons

      We are growing so rapidly that there is some ambiguity and growing pains, but this is more than worth it to be a part of the company during this phase of exciting new opportunity!
