Pros

Easy work, everybody is a team player. We all help each other to get orders out. Make cards in a various array of styles. It is a joy to work with this company as it is new and will grow.

Cons

Management issues. When this company was added, which is the newer Las Vegas Plant of PLI, they brought back the old management team from the previous company. There is a reason it failed and by bringing the old management team the problems were brought with them. While some have been let go and replaced there are still some issues needed to be worked out. Especially on the night shifts, favoritism runs rampant and leads or supervisors do not know what they are doing. Ask them about a certain job and it's specific requirements and you will get the most befuddled looks as they do not know. Ship full-filaments are always most likely rush jobs. They speak of quality, which exists in the first half of the job but at the end is completely butchered because of the little errors they let go in order to get the job out the door. Machines are constantly broken down, with down times ranging from an hour to 5 hours. Technicians are scarce on night shift, but that has to do with the hiring team and how they do the hiring process. Technicians are not trained properly because there is no proper training for machines made in company with no manuals. They go by what they know which did not bode well for the previous company. More training is necessary, both for operators and technicians alike.

Pros

Small company, good benefits, working hours are excellent, they do a lot of things for their employees and have a great break room.

Cons

Managers need to treat all employees equal and not single anyone out and embarrass them in front of other employees.

Pros

Easy work for the most part.

Cons

Low paid grade, worst HR department ive ever worked with, they have been through 6 diff HR reps in 5 years, benefits arent that great. Communication lacks accross departments. Lots of overtime due to poor planning and scheduling. They will spend money left and right on non essential stuff but not on the employees.

I am so very shocked to see this post and would encourage you to speak with me or HR about your concerns. We pay very fair and competitive wages, offer very competitive benefits and as an ESOP you are given the opportunity to own shares in the company at no cost to you! That has tremendous value to you now and in the future. Update: The minimum wage in our Asheville plant is now $13/hr.
