I have learned a lot as well as gained a lot of experience. I have a team of all stars i work with every day. I am paid very well. Time off is provided making the over all work experience great.

Poor management, and unrealistic expectations. A revolving door that passes any money and customers you made/got upwards to the big dogs when you leave.
