      Great Place to Work

      They give you flexibility to approach the job your way. They care about the results, which can be stressful but if you take the time to experiment with your approach and stay organized it is easy to successful here!

      Cons

      The structure is loose, so if you aren't easily self motivated or disciplined it can be tough to hit your benchmarks.

      Pros

      Continued Education and Training. State of the Art Proprietary Transportation Management System. Anything that you need to do your job effectively you immediately receive. Ability to Create and Grow on your own. Supportive and Tenured Management that Teaches you how to do vs. Tell you what to do. I can trust that Greg Burns always makes the tough decisions that are in the best interest of PLS and his employees.

      More Group Activities outside of the office would be a good thing
