Great work environment. You will learn a lot in a short amount of time. Everyone is very friendly and management is happy to help.

Cons

It can be stressful at times, but the hard work pays off.

Pros

- Good Entry Level Experience - Young workforce - Income potential is good, decent bonus structure at times, but not always consistent. Bonus structure is dependent on your relationships.

Cons

- Cold call minimums are astronomical - Not great industry reputation so it's hard to close deals - On call 24/7 but this also just comes with the industry territory - Discouraged to take your PTO, always on call without plans for back up - High turnover - Reactionary Leaders with no checks & balances since it is a flat organization

Pros

Nice offices, casual dress and fun company culture. Upper management is helpful and approachable. The owner/CEO wants to see reps succeed and make 6 figures. They recently increased the comp. plan, which is not common in sales. You are given all the tools to succeed. Opportunity is truly what you make of it.

Cons

New hires! Some of the new employees come in with a bad attitude or don't have the skills required to succeed. This taints the culture established by more tenured employees in the office.
