Thrilling experience but too much work for the Money

Management and team were supportive, Salary was decent, opportunity to connect with a vast network of people was exciting, your work made direct and quantifiable impact

Cons

200 calls mandatory plus management of accounts/coordination of loads made it almost impossible to achieve goals, commission on loads was only a small fraction of the net not the gross on a load which you could not even collect at the entry level of the account executive position,

This company rewards those who work hard and push for results, and I have absolutely seen that in action while working here. I love a fast-paced, results-driven workplace and that is exactly what PLS is. You get out of it, what you are willing to put into it. - Great work environment for those who are motivated - Benefits package is improving in 2022 and now has a 100% 401K match - Great company to start your career whether you are in sales or a back office position like mine. - The new corporate office looks AWESOME - It has a gym, cafe, and a daycare! So excited to move there in 2022! - In my experience, my manager and HR have always addressed any concerns I've had and helped me find a solution when things come up.

Cons

- Previously, non-commission employees did not have a way to get bonusses, which was a serious bummer. BUT they are launching a new program for us in 2022 after we voiced our concerns! Like I said, if you have any issues during your time here, management listens and will do what they can to make reasonable changes. - Other than that, I don't really have any complaints. It's a great place to work! I'm glad I get to build my career here!
