      Pros

      PLS is a great place to start your Career. Its a great place to learn the in and outs of the logistics industry and to grow as a professional. PLS teaches and trains you everything you need to know in order to be a successful Account Executive, you just have to come in everyday wanting to be the best. The managers give you all the tools you need to be successful, you just have to have put in he work.

      Cons

      Distractions in the office, Needs more ongoing training. If you put in the work, you will succeed.

      Pros

      Supportive training from co workers and mangers, can be rewarding if you stay extremely motivated consistently. Also the dress code was pretty relaxed and you can meet some nice people

      Cons

      long hours for what seems like no reason in the beginning. Only take the job if your'e interested in logistics and making sales calls like crazy. Some of these reviews don't seem legit unless the way PLS does business has changed in the past few months. When I was there AET's as well as AEs were dropping like flies. This creates an environment of worry due to a feeling of job insecurity. I did respect that they were very upfront with numbers and deadlines so you are well aware of where you stand with them. If you're are applying to this company I would suggest to only accept employment if you're desperately seeking sales experience and find other employment fast! If you're only in it for the $, chances are you will be unhappy after a few months or sooner.
