Good people to work with, can drink beer on Friday's starting at 4PM. The environment is great.

Cons

Some of the con's are definitely the pay and there isn't much room for growth in my opinion

- The work environment is laid back while also remaining competitive and goal oriented - Management is hands on and will be loyal if you show up, work hard, and do your job to the best of your ability - Co-workers tend to be enjoyable and easy to get along with - Even though people are focused on individual goals, it is a team atmosphere where people pull for each other and offer assistance

Cons

- Some people in the trucking industry we talk to on a regular basis can be very un-reliable and frustrating to deal with - Occasional people who work here treat this job as another pit stop and do not work hard to contribute to success of the office/company despite being provided great opportunities to succeed/make money
