      Good atmosphere Paid training No micromanaging

      Cons

      They set benchmarks for you and if you hit them you stay on. Eventually those become out of reach for 90% of people and the book of business you established goes to the employees that are straight commission

      Paid training, young employees, relaxed environment

      Cons

      They randomly let go of employees on a whim. I once saw 7 people fired in one day. The industry is also very competitive (freight brokerages are everywhere). You are a middle man and often treated as such

      Do not work for PLS. They are a horrible company with a very unstable future.

      Absolutely none! Stay far far away!

      Cons

      Everything but mostly horrible management. The CEO make decisions like an angry child with too much power. They make great promises of wealth and stability and that could not be further from the truth. In my almost one year with the company I seen so many people come and go.
