Fun atmosphere, cool people, not a bad starting job, especially if you want to be in sales. Lots of ppl transition to other sales jobs or a type of supply chain management.

Cons

Goals are extremely hard to hit. Only a few survive. Most fail and the few transition to other teams. You know when your on the chopping block.

Hostile environment, everyone is extremely stressed out and they take it out on others- especially new people.

You are in control of your own book Very little oversight Few Industry Regulations Easy paycheck for first 3 months

Very little help is provided by managers Unstable industry Corporate doesnt care about employee retention or employees in general Greg Burns (C.E.O.) is a joke
