Worse than a root canal.

Pros

5-6 months of employment until you find a real job.

Cons

Every aspect, top to bottom. 95% of people get fired for not hitting their "black widows." If you are given a relocation stiffen, and you quit (before which you will inevitably get fired) you will be forced to repay that chunk of money.

I'm surprised to see this review. Yes, the people at PLS are great, but unlike your feedback, the company continues to grow. We work hard to train and motivate our employees so they find success.

Pros

Hit the ground running! Trained and thrown to the wolves..

Cons

Unfortunately, Wolves are more of management who despise locals and tend to only assist or work well with home base employees who move here. They will lock your career down with a signing of a non-compete and then set expectations that can't be attained by a newly hired LC. They refuse to assist locals in building or recommending(training) them on expanding books. More than happy to help their own! You work hard to get an Logistics certificate don't throw it away here to grab a quick job. Get personal training with a smaller group and build up your own base to survive in the business!

I'm surprised that you don't recommend PLS to others - we're an industry leader and a key to our success is our hard working employees.
