      Pros

      good location, it is nice to work in old city Philadelphia.

      Cons

      hourly wage for interns is not competitive at all. Horribly low. Many other major companies in the area will START at $15/ hr.

      Opportunity is what you make of it

      Pros

      Nice offices, casual dress and fun company culture. Upper management is helpful and approachable. The owner/CEO wants to see reps succeed and make 6 figures. They recently increased the comp. plan, which is not common in sales. You are given all the tools to succeed. Opportunity is truly what you make of it.

      Cons

      New hires! Some of the new employees come in with a bad attitude or don't have the skills required to succeed. This taints the culture established by more tenured employees in the office.

      Health benefits are not the greatest but I think most companies are struggling with that anymore.
