      Pros

      I have been working at PLS for almost a year now. I have not had any complaints while working here, if you are willing to work hard and put in the time and effort you can make a lot of money here and enjoy your time here as well. Everyone in the office is friendly and very easy to work with.

      I do not have any complaints.

      -Salary (tripled it in the 2 years I have been here) -Become your own business owner in a way -Dress code -Management puts you in a position to succeed (It is up to you to execute)

      Cons

      -First couple years are stressful and a lot of work (must be mentally tough) -Objection handling is not easy

      Pros

      PLS gives you the resources, training, and tools to become successful. You put in what you get out, and I can say first hand that if you work hard and put in 100% every day, you will make a lot of money. It is a sales job, and requires diligence and hard work to become successful. We have a fun work environment. People get along, we have office activities. The cliche work hard play hard saying is relevant here. It's not a hard job, just be willing to work!

      Like any sales jobs, you have your bad days, but you just have to ride the highs and fight the lows
