PLS Logistics Services is a complete joke of a job. The account executive position is nothing but a trap for recent college graduates to continue the Ponzi scheme of logistics for PLS. There was no true training you spend three months making calls and answering phones for others that have already worked up their book of business and they don't really care about you or any way to advance your career in the company. While at the company 10 of the top reps came to my office none of them spoke to anybody that was training none of them spoke to anybody or try to lend a helping hand I mean for God sake it's the top 10 people of the company right wrong the CEO walked in didn't even look any one's way except the individuals he already knew which I found quite odd. I have worked for fortune 500 companies before and the CEO is well interactive with the team. back to the training they set you up for failure by saying you have a total of 6 months to reach benchmarks ,incorrect they will let you sit there for 3 months and answer phones and teach you no training. After 3 months of being a professional phone receptionist they throw you to the sales floor with one week of training totally absurd PLS Logistics did not continue the proper training as noted out in the contract when I started with the company they don't give you the full 6 months to reach your benchmark there is no time or real team management so they can fire you whenever they want I personally saw nine people get fired with only being in the company 5 months. The top sales person QUIT MY SECOND MONTH, IT TOTALLY KILLED MORALE. that is ridiculous but do they care absolutely not the managers have perfected acting like they care about you BUT TRUST ME they don't. However I will say if you need a temporary job for 5 months do it it will afford you benefits and cheaP pay, however, for my recent college graduates run away far away. Trust me just trust me.
