Pros

If you are trying to build your resume out college and get some real world experience PLS is good place. PLS pays well out of school.

Cons

Cons PLS Logistics is a revolving door with employees and hard to find employees that have been there more than 5 fives. Especially in the freight brokerage department where if you do not hit your benchmarks you will be terminated.

Pros

Pls is a perfect entry level sales position. For a tenured exec (2-3 years) the AE position gives employees a fantastic opportunity to polish skills and go elsewhere. At the same time, you can certainly continue your growth at PLS and continue to do well for yourself.

Cons

The cons, at least from the sales floor, is correlated to the atmosphere and demographic of what pls hires. Many times there are reps more than capable to be successful but lack certain sales professional skills given it is an early entry level position. Past corporate experience, understanding the portfolio PLS offers to customers & technical skills are all pieces to the puzzle that many reps understand and as soon as you get behind, it becomes an unshakeable defeat.
