Comfortable office location. Professional co-workers. Good atmosphere in general.

The major benefit for me is how my job gives me the chance to learn leadership roles, explore the industry, search for root causes of the issues and find the ways to fix them. Self development is the best income that one can get with PLS, though salary is pretty decent here as well. And what makes it even better - being a part of a friendly team! love our teambuildings and happy hours :)
