HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!

Pros

People you meet... other than that nothing... you will waste your time if you choose to work here. you're welcome. If you want to work at a Frat house sign up I'm sure you will get hired!

Cons

Horrible management nobody knows what they are doing it's a free for all. Anytime a company goes through multiple CFO's in one year it should raise red flags. They have let go of multiple tenured people in the corporate office without explanation. Not only do you have to sell the service but you also do all the billing and everything on the back end because in the end it's your paycheck that is hurt from money not being collected. There are so many horrible reviews about this company but yet there are curiously many positive reviews recently posted. DONT BE FOOLED! These are written by employees in the corporate office that are instructed what to put down. The only people that benefit from this company are those who have been here from the inception and actually get paid when shipments deliver. It is a glorified pyramid scheme new reps come in and the average tenure is about 6 months. The first 3 are "training" which is an absolute joke and the next 3 are them trying to make it in sales with absolutely no help or guidance. So they go out and get the customers, miss their goals, get fired and the account gets passed on. If you saw the CEO on the street you wouldn't know he not only was in charge but owned the company. It is poor example from the top down. You can't give new employees 3 days of training and expect them to be good at their job. If you are reading this you should probably go apply to another logistics company in your city because they are ran much better.
