      Pros

      Great people and a great work atmosphere. Training was phenomenal out of the gate. At first it was like drinking out of a fire hose, but my mentor, Jon Pampalon, Really helped to bring it all together. While I was working for him, he taught me how to do everything and did nothing but encouraged me. I knew when I started the selling phase I was more than prepared. Management here wants everyone to succeed. I read a bunch of reviews when I first started and they mentioned high turnover, but no one from our office has been let go since I started.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, but if you aren't stressing, you aren't trying.

      Pros

      Great learning experience, and decent salary if you include free housing for the first few months. "They put us in brand new luxury apartment buildings". I learned a lot about sales and the logistics industry in a short amount of time. If you are a hustler, this is a great experience.

      Cons

      The quotas are very hard to meet. Although i met my quota....I still got let go even though I was supposed to work for another month.
