Pros

No rules at all. Management is a joke and everyone in the office does whatever they want. Get to listen to music all day. If you have contacts with companies in shipping you'll be fine other than that be careful. its hard. not many pros other than wearing whatever you want to work and their being no rules.

Cons

No leadership. No training. Work 50 hours a week, no overtime and they don't tell you about that during the interview process. If you don't hit your margin goals in a month they fire you no questions asked. Seen many hard workers kicked to the door with no fault of their own. Office is loud with small desks and everyone constantly yelling. Manager set unrealistic goals which demotivates employees. No team work.

They offer a quick track to success, but you have to be willing to put up with the stresses of the industry.

Cons

Management does not want to see you succeed and favoritism is very present. I can say this because I was one of the "favorites".

Pros

Young and fun group. Great working environment with pool tables, ping pong, driving range, etc...

Cons

Lack of management. Accounts are transferred from those that don't hit their sales benchmarks to those that have been with the company for a long time (the new people put in all the work, get fired, and the accounts go to the veterans to make them more money)
