Pros

PLS gives you the tools and training to be successful in a very lucrative industry. They give you the chance to actually learn the job, instead of expecting you to be an expert from day one. I love that I have the ability to control how successful I will be. There is no cap on how large I grow my book of business! I also love the "work hard, play hard" atmosphere and the energy of the office.

Cons

The job can be demanding and stressful at times, but that is what keeps it exciting! Some things are also out of your control, and that can be frustrating.

You are your own boss. Goals are clear and you get the tools to achieve them. Fun environment. Able to do your own thing. Unlimited earning potential. Great sales experience. Sky is the limit. If you perform you are rewarded.

Cons

Stressful at times. Lots of cold calling.

Unlimited earning potential Complete freedom in regards to prospecting and how to sell Management cares about the individual and not just the sales numbers Entertaining activities in and outside of the office weekly to alleviate stresses of the job

Cons

Competitive Industry Long hours (anything worth doing requires long hours)
