Pros

I started working at PLS in June of 2013. I started in the office in Cranberry, PA and have since moved to the new office down in the Southside. I really didn't know anything about what I was getting into when I started working here, now I would recommend it to any friend. I actually reccomended and have had 2 high school friends come start working here since I started. It is definitley a work hard play hard enviornment. You must work extremely hard when you start but the high earning potential is not BS. I am making more a year and a half our of college than I ever could have imagined. With the company growing there is also tons of opportunity to move up in the comany through mangement. The best part about the company is the people. You will make great friends and everyone is willing to help you. I have made a ton of great friends working here. I have grown/matured a ton as a person since I began working here and would reccomend the job to anyone who has the ability to put there head down and work hard.

Cons

If you don't want to work extremely hard this is not the place for you. The job is not easy and can be stressful at times for sure. If you are looking to work a job with low stress day to day and you cannot multi task I would look elsewhere.

Pros

Basketball court, volleyball court, corn hole, dart boards. there are a lot of young people working there, so lets say you relocate to work for PLS (terrible idea) at least you wont have any trouble meeting anyone your age. Maybe if you are lucky and they like you they will offer you an Logistics coordinator position (glorified secretary):

Cons

Only 3% of the Account executives are successful. There are literally 4 successful executives in the Jacksonville branch... Being unsuccessful with PLS is not due to lack of effort, I made the required amount of phone calls, and then some, but still fell short of the benchmarks. They give the people they like customers to help them become successful. Don't let them dangle the 100k/ year carrot in front of your face, it's bs, I promise. Don't even sell out for the 38k/ year to start. take a little more time to find a job that you will actually like. because there is a good chance that in 6 months, or less, you will be back in the same exact position you are in right now! Just being realistic, you're welcome!

Pros

Get to see what a horrible job is. Also, you can play basketball and pool whenever you want.

Cons

Everything. The whole place is ran horribly. If you drive a red corvette, you can show up whenever you want.
