PLS offers a great work environment. Young people who are highly motivated to make money and have fun while doing it. Very competitive sales environment. Training period lasts just long enough to fully prepare you to run your own account. *If you do not know much about the industry when you first start, I can guarantee you will be very knowledgeable by the time you start selling on your own account* Any resources you need to be successful at this job are provided to you, it is just up to you to take advantage of them. You are essentially running your own business, so you must be able to come in every single day and cold call to build your book of business. If you think you have what it takes, and put in the work, time, and energy into this job, you will most defintiely see the benefits (both in terms of recognition and pay). There is no cap to the amount of commission you can earn, the sky is the limit. PLS is expanding fast, with offices in Pittsburgh, PA, Jacksonville, FL, Houston, TX and the newest openings for 2014 in Dallas, TX and Tampa, FL (many more to come). Also, with expansion comes openings for management opportunites over time.
Cons
If you are not prepared to come in every single day and cold call to build your business, then this is not the job for you. This job is a lot of hard work, but the benefits should be what drive you to continue to push for sales each and every day.
