      Pros

      I enjoy PLS because of the fast paced work environment and the fact that I face new challenges on a daily basis. I like that I have an unlimited income potential and flexibility to make decisions on growing my book of business. I have the opportunity to be creative, call on a verity of industries, and talk to new and different people every day.

      Cons

      Some days I leave here stressed out from the hard work. A lot can go on in this industry and you have to manage through a verity of different issues.
