Pros

PLS welcomed me with arms wide open. From the first day I started here I felt like a part of the team. What I really like is that no only is everyone competitive, but on the other spectrum side they are supportive as well. People here are very easy to get along with and we often do thing outside of work together. Your success truly depends on your effort, so if you have a strong drive you will do well!

Cons

Since it is a very open work environment, there are sometimes a lot of distractions. Have to be able to focus!

-It's a great environment. The people who work here are super nice and helpful and the managers really care about you doing well. -There's lots of opportunity for career growth since the company is growing so rapidly.

Cons

-Pay is "entry-level" but commission makes it worth it.

-If you don't want to work hard, this may not be for you. Building your own business within PLS is very rewarding for those who put in the effort that it requires.
