      Careless Management and Their Casual Attitude Toward Everything is a Problem

      I am sure that I experienced nothing positve here. I was shocked at some of the things management did or rather didn't do

      Cons

      The top management had a careless attitude. They didn't care that the employees were stressed and exhausted and needed guidance. They didn't care when the employees became frustrated and left, and the employee turnover rose. Everyone had to work brutal hours for poor pay and terrible commissions. It was the worst experience ever!

      Nice to work in the city.

      High turnover and way too many calls to make. Leads are recycled so you don’t even get new leads.
