good base salary and good people if you are a guy and like football

where do I begin... 200 calls per day, managers are not helpful, 7:45-5:15 every single day, they make you come in one Saturday per month from 8-12. no one does anything on Saturday so it's totally pointless. roughly once a week they'll do a "power hour" where you stand and make calls for an hour. I think the worst part of the job is the leads they give you... every lead is either out of service or was thrown away by a different rep the week prior. I could really go on, this job can be decent sales experience for your resume and some good $ but that's about it

Pros

Great place to boost your career in logistics, work culture is great and everyone is supportive. No micromanagement; management trusts you to do your job. Wage is better than most other 3rd party logistics companies in Jacksonville.

Cons

Overall not many downsides, but there are really two paths with great upward mobility. Not much positions to lat move too.

Cons

The goals can get a little overwhelming and stressful but with persistence it will all work out.
