It is what you make of it, if you care and put effort in you will be successful. Great experience in sales. Unlimited paid time off. Fun competitions to earn benefits. It is a great feeling when you make a sale. Great community.

Cons

The hours are a bit much, Saturday shift is a huge waste of time. Have to Pay for parking

Great place to work with clear structure, Great training and sales resources that have technology integrated to make life easy. Uncapped commission.

Cons

The actual job can be hard and you may have to work outside of a normal 8a-5p hours but it is worth it.
