Pros

Starting pay of 38k as an entry level position Great People-younger environment(very laid back) Fun activities in the office

Cons

Pull your hair out kind of work After 3 months of training you enter into selling with a sink or swim mentality Training doesnt prepare you for it whatsoever and favorites usually get handed the best clientele Good luck being a girl in this market-they say it's pure luck but really its a logistics company and its a man's world Don't settle for this job

Pros

The company culture was very good. It was a laid back atmosphere where I felt free to take time to wind down by playing ping pong or taking a walk. There is plenty of support if you feel like you need help in a certain area between sales managers and office leaders. This position will give you the opportunity to build cold calling, lead generations, and closing skills but you also have to handle all the operations and billing which takes away from your time selling. The starting salary is also very attractive plus commission once you've been selling for a little while.

Cons

Doing well and hitting your quotas isn't 100% on you. You're subject to truck availability and the time it takes to actually arrange the transportation. Quotas don't take into account what time of year you start selling - not good when shipping slows down in the winter. It's also pretty difficult to become one of the heavy hitters, you almost have to land a large account which are few and far between at this point.

Pros

Fun place to work, nice office, good co workers, Free food from time to time, good location

Cons

unreal goals, They hire about 40 people a month to do a job about 110 do. You do the turn over math. Very little support in training. Once you are doing well you can't take day off without your phone blowing up.
