      Pros

      Managers are hard working and very easy to get along with! If you preform to the best of your ability and show that you care, you’re seen as an asset.

      Cons

      It’s hard to overcome some objections when recruiting for PLS in regards to other reviews. But you have to keep in mind that sales is not an easy job. It takes hard work and dedication to really make it in sales. Not everyone has that type of work ethic.
