Great stepping stone for a logistics career. Great work environment.

Cons

Management is always changing how promotions work. So when you hit all the requirements they add more things on. Also employees are constantly getting fired after hitting goals while others that havent are kept on the team. Favoritism is a huge factor here

Do not work for PLS. They are a horrible company with a very unstable future.

Absolutely none! Stay far far away!

Cons

Everything but mostly horrible management. The CEO make decisions like an angry child with too much power. They make great promises of wealth and stability and that could not be further from the truth. In my almost one year with the company I seen so many people come and go.
