Pros

One of the only companies that I have worked for that truly stands behind an uncapped commission plan. Flat out, you get a percentage of what you sell and the more you sell the more you make. If you value making money and working for a company that has a great brand in the industry, this is a great place for you.

Cons

Benefits are fine but could be better.

- Laid back environment - Lasting friendships - Management is available to help when you show you want to be there and will work hard... my manager and I sat down every few weeks when I first started to improve my processes. - Accomplishing feeling to see your hard work translate to profit

Cons

- High turnover rate - Additional hours if business is on the west coast
