unlimited pto (but really only if you are doing good). chill office environment.

Cons

they take every chance they can to make us work extra hours on top of the daily 9.5 hour shift. a lot of favoritism. several senior employees have a superiority complex.

The only pros were benefits and vacations

Cons

You have to take lunch on the clock if a customer comes you have to stop eating. You have to mop the lobby clean bathrooms and pickup trash outside. The pay is low for all the work you do

None that I can think of.

Cons

Irresponsible management, each team ruled by a different feudal lord with draconian rules. No compensation for after hours support even though one stayed up most of the night resetting passwords for a company who does not have a password reset application. Married Managment has relationships with other females in the office. No repsect for religions, race, and sexual orientations all is joked openly on the floor.
