      Pros

      Good work Culture, efforts made to foster cross functional support on projects, friendly colleagues, in many ways retains the ethos of a small design house on a larger scale

      Cons

      Paperwork can be overwhelming (but a necessary evil) at times. A lot of moving between different clients and projects to balance workloads.
