      Good place to work. Bit outdated.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, nice people, freedom to work without constant micro mangement.

      Cons

      Outdated office in Dublin, needs a refresh, but I think they are working on that. Changes in procedures take a long time and we are falling behind other companies.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours; Proximity to public transport, M50, etc

      Cons

      Salaries not great compared to similar companies; Lack of promotion prospects is many departments; Education assistance based on number of applicants rather than individual financial needs; Many PMs and project discipline leads are unsuitable/ineffective yet they are rewarded rather than reprimanded for mistakes; Most vacancies advertised externally but not internally; Holidays aren't great (20 days, max 25 with 5 to be kept for Christmas); Woefully inadequate canteen facilities.

      Pros

      Good communication, fair, friendly environment, plenty of opportunity to gain experience, further skills etc. Good profit share scheme.

      Cons

      Obnoxius upper management, no health benefits or pension. Too many middle managers. Dated equipment. Certain sectors have more power than necessary.
